COVID-19 Services Impact Announcement

Updated: Nov 17, 2020

In these very trying times, the Resolution Center is dedicated to working side by side with our community partners to be socially responsible and protect our clients, volunteers, and staff. We are doing everything in our power to continue offering services to those who need them without compromising the health and well-being of everyone involved.

Through technology, from 8 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday we'll continue to monitor and respond to phone messages, mail, and email messages as we maintain our commitment to serve Jefferson and Lewis Counties. We have capabilities to host and attend virtual meetings through Zoom, Facebook Video Messenger and conference calls. If you've never used Zoom, the Resolution Center staff can walk you through the simple steps to access it on your computer, tablet, or cell phone.

Nearly all of our services, including but not limited to, custody/visitation mediation, parent/teen mediation, elder care transitions, Conflict Coaching, community circles, school attendance, youth diversion, etc. will still be available, but you won't need to drive to our office. You can access these services from the safety and comfort of your home.

*Best of all, these services continue to be FREE or very low cost*

It is our hope and desire that, with a little creativity, we can continue to meet your needs and serve our community. Please continue to reach out to us as we create solutions and move forward together.

Thank you for understanding and please stay safe.

Sincerely,

The Resolution Center's team of Mediation/ADR, CASA, Family Visitation, Youth Court and Restorative Justice programs.
